Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum 813 S. Boardwalk Ocean City, MD 21862 USA Phone: (410) 289-4991 Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum is at the s. end of the boardwalk on the inlet. Exhibits describe the history of the 1891 station and the many area shipwrecks and rescues. There are displays of early lifesaving equipment and related memorabilia, beach sands from around the world, shipwreck artifacts and mermaid-themed objects. Models of early hotels, beach fashions and a photographic exhibit of the storms of 1933 and 1962 also can be seen. An aquarium room features local marine life. Allow 1 hour minimum.

More than 40 classic automobiles, including a fire engine, are displayed. Other historic artifacts are interspersed among the auto exhibits. Allow 30 minutes minimum.
