Off the lobby, just beyond the indoor pool and cafe, you'll find an intimate, upscale dining room with an island plantation ambiance. The menu tempts you with a variety of flavors. Carribbean dishes, such as Island Barbecued Pork Chops, Citrus Chicken Penne and Jamaican Grouper, treat you to the spices of the islands. Chicken Chesapeake, Soft Shell Crabs and Fried Chesapeake Oysters give you the flavor of the Eastern Shore. They use only Certified Angus Beef and Certified Blue Crab.
